ONE CABIN HAS NOW BECOME AVAILABLE!
Solomon Islands (including Marovo Lagoon)
This is yet another great one off, chance in a lifetime to get a great group of divers together who know each other to go to another fantastic remote dive location. We are very lucky to be able to get out to Marovo Lagoon, this is not a standard trip, this has been extended to get out to this area!
November 3rd to November 17th, this is a special extended trip so we can go further afield to dive the Marovo Lagoon area.
The Bilikiki has to be one of the most well respected dive liveaboards. This seems to be by far one the best operations in the Solomons, some say it’s the best operation they have ever been with.
All accommodations are air-conditioned deluxe cabins have a double bed plus a single bed above with their own private shower, toilet and hand basin.
What wetsuits to bring
Water and Air temperature are pretty much constant in the Solomon islands, and vary only 2 – 3 degrees all year long. Water temperature is normally around 28-29C / 82 – 85F although it may get as low as a chilly 26.5C / 80F, and as high as a balmy 30.5C / 87F, but this is unusual. Most divers are comfortable in a 3mm wet suit, or a combination lycra and shorty suit. Please keep in mind that although the water and air is warm, if you are doing 4 – 5 dives a day some thermal protection is recommended.
The Bilikiki offers very easy diving. With a huge rear dive deck there is lots of space for suiting up and for the photographers there are dedicated carpeted camera tables that are right on the dive deck. There is no need to carry any equipment as this is all handled by the boat crew in to the two purpose built tender boats to swiftly take divers from the main vessel to the dive site drop off points only a few hundreds metres away.
This is a special 14 night trip we will diving the best route possible taking us out as far as the great Marovo Lagoon. The diving will be highly varied with gorgeous scenic reef dives, some big fish dives, macro dives and of course plenty of great night dives too!
The price would be US$6,580 plus there is a US$25/per person per night fee for tax.

Not Included: USD $25.00 per person, per night tax, bar drinks, Nitrox, personal purchases or DIVE EQUIPMENT RENTAL.

After looking into flights it seems that the easiest way is go via Brisbane, Australia. The Bilikiki have worked their schedule so we can arrive and board the ship on the same afternoon as most flights arrive mid day in Honiara. Rest on the first evening and then into the diving the next day. If needed contact us for help with flight schedules and bookings.
We are arranging an additional stay prior to joining the Bilikiki at Uepi Resort for those wishing to spend a little extra time in the Solomon islands with us!
